I have realized a bizarre truth tonight...something I have held dear and believed in for so long.
Why be yourself when being yourself rips the people you WANT in your life away? I know some will say, "they are not worth it" but perhaps this person was and is...and because of my shortcomings and vices I see and feel this person distance them self from me. It hurts my heart and soul!
