I was born a poor white child in Spokane, Washington to a couple barely old enough to be having children. The first few years were a blur. I do have vivid memories of living in Puerto Rico when Dad was stationed there. Mother claims I just heard the stories over and over again. She however cannot explain my attempt at grandtheft auto when I was 2. The car was parked and I climbed over the front seat and knocked the old "56 Chevy out of gear and crashed into the car parked ahead of it.This was a story we kept a "family secret". I went to more schools as a miltary brat and then the son of a military contractor than most kids had visited States in America. It was a double edged sword. I have been places and met people I would never otherwise would have known however it stopped me from having childhood friends.The last 30 years I have lived in Anchorage. Alaska. I have two young boys that mean the world to me. Ok here are some interests of mine I’m in the process of building a wind turbine from scratch (about 60% done!) I enjoy reading about ancient history and paleontology. Don’t have cable or rabbit ears so my tv is used for watching movies that I usually borrow from the library…can’t stand tv (especially commercials.)
