Apparently my boss doesn't appreciate that I can pit my entire unit against him.
Is it my fault we have to ask him 4 times to get anything done and he generally pushes off what we need done onto other people?

In other news. I have concocted a pretty tasty pesto.
It consists of about one cup of diced cucumber, one cup of artichoke, and 1/2 a cup of seeds (I used sunflower kernals, I bet pistachios and almonds or walnuts
would be awesome)
now... this was purely a mechanical issue, not a flavor idea
but I had some carrot juice
and my blender was NOT cooperating so I splashed in some carrot juice

inneffective spinning of my gears to nearly instant imulsion.
I then added some flavorants and herbs
oregano, sage, celery seed, salt pepper
and just a scooch of olive oil.
Its very crisp and fresh tasting.
Very yellow. I wouldn't recommend cooking it.
Just plop it on rice and meat and consume.
... I guess you could put cheese or cream in it...
if you had to.
Pomegranate and strawberry... now there's a raw sauce waiting to happen.
Blackberry/boisonberry too.
But think fish and poultry.
Where could I get more textural and savory elements though... without overpowering it.
*shrugs*
I'm in a better mood.
Sleeping a little better, tomorrow is friday, and I'm on a reduced dose of my steroids.
