And so, after almost two weeks of putting up with New Jersey, being far from home, and being stuck in a hotel room with nobody to hang out with, I learned today that the company isn't even going to keep me. In fact, they handed me my walking papers and gave me a "sorry we made you drive so far" for my trouble.
Oh, well. I have the hotel room for one more night... Wish I had people to drink with.
