Ok... so here is the update! A short while after my last update, remember that one?, it's just underneath here, I was in a lot of pain and I was having pains in my lower chest too which was new... so off I went to the ER... Good or bad, it had to be done! So I get here and low and behold, I'm told that, yes I have pain because of my cancer but I now also have a heart arrythmia brought about by the pain from the other sodding thing. So they hook me up to a heart monitor and stuff me full of tablets to sort out the rythm of my heartbeat and stick me with syringes full of some sort of pain killer and put me in a bed facing a window that had a wonderful view of brick wall... Decisions, Decisions.
The company I currently work for is contstantly changing. For instance for one month approximately I have been doing billing/collections from patients that visit our practice and been glad to receive a lot of praise for the job I have been doing. But there will eventually be another position in the pre-certification/insurance department and love that side of it too. I was asked by my boss and her boss today if I would really want to change. My thoughts are do I stay and keep the collections side up and running or move to a position that could also be good. Although I do enjoy my own little cubby but feel like a caged animal because there are window's that surround my little office (for safety reasons I'm sure) but would like to be back with a team again. I only receive a review once a year so this won't lose or gain me anymore funds until after I get my review in January.

Its very easy to scam someone by saying there this person and there really not. I recently talked to this guy on the internet that i met off tagged and this guy seemed real at first but what caught my eye right away was his photo. The photo wasn't real and i knew it. But, i like to do the benefit of the doubt from time to time and i went with the flow. So, my friend met a guy as well through my so called boyfriend and it turns out that hes not real. What we did was took his pic and put it in the google image search and we brought up not one pic but many pics with a trail of cookie crumbs left behind. These guys photos are used by scam artists and its like ok. When It Rains....
Driving home tonight, I entered the Garden State Parkway. I looked down and my friend Julie was calling me. I am in this special group of people who have a design for living. She happens to be extremely instumental in my sobriety. So when I saw she was calling at 6:19PM on a Monday night, I had a feeling something was not right. Julie got on the phone and explained to me that my friend, Barbara passed away today at 5:20PM. Barbara was a 50 year old woman who had come so far in her recovery in life. She faced adversity. Her daughter was a Handicapped Adult that she helped take care of in a private group home. Barbara had been diagnosed with Cancer this March. It was in her liver. Recently they had found that she had it in her Brain. When she passed this evening she passed peacefully. The Lord took her home. I spent the last few hours meeting with my Women. Thyroid Update
Well I went for the Biopsy and this Doc said she needed to run more tests before she did it.She did another ultrasound and said there was many nodules but since my Doc never sent the blood work and test results she couldn't tell which were "cold" and which were "hot" nodules She also said the thyroid was swollen and lumpy which may be a sign of an autoimmune disease. So more blood work and more tests. All I care about is getting the medication to stop the weight gain.Cut off what you want Doc,I'll weigh less then,lol.

Linguini Primavera With Scallops
1/2 Lb. Linguini 1 Cup Broccoli 4 Tbs. Olive Oil 1/2 Lb. Bay Scallops (small) 2 Red Peppers thinly sliced 4 Oz. Frozen Green Beans 3 Cloves Garlic, crushed 1 Cup Fresh Basil Leaves, Chopped 1/3 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Grated Zest of 2 Lemons 4 Oz. Water Cook Linguini Pasta as directed on package. Add Broccoli to the boiling pasta 1minute before draining the Pasta. In a large frying pan, saute Bay Scallops in 1 Tbs. of the Olive Oil, over medium heat, stirring frequently, until opaque, about 5 minutes. Temporarily transfer to plate. Using the same pan, add the remaining 3 Tbs. Olive Oil. Add the Peppers, Green Beans, Garlic and Salt and Pepper to taste. Saute for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender, but a little crisp. Add the Water and the reserved Scallops to the pan. Heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Place in serving dish. Add drained Linguini and Broccoli and toss to mix. It Is Cheating?
So.. a friend of mine and I were talking this morning and we got on the subject of relationships and cheating. He thinks that flirting with other girls isn't cheating, even if it involves sending detailed texts and online messages to someone. It's times like these when i wish i didnt have any real life friends (sounds selfish i know). My best friend from school is currently in a relationship with an aggresive coke head who treats her like shit, I personally dont understand these kinds of relationships i like nice guys. 7/31/2007 Dear Readers: My trip back home to France was very fulfilling and spending a few days near my dear ones was very regenerating. I arrived in Nice then flew to Corsica to meet my two sisters. Well I am sitting here in tears. :( My Mom called me this morning and told me that our dog, Nikki is sick. She is not eating, when my Mom touches her tummy she yells, and she is just not moving a lot. I dont know what is wrong with her. I am so scared I was loose another dog. After 37 years of living in the same house, my grandparents are putting the house up for sale, buying a mobile home and putting it on the land of my parents. Is this something they want to do? It's that time again I'm afraid. The holidays depress me and my babies are growing up too fast and I'm oblivious in the computer chair while it all passes me by. So, today was my mother's check up with the surgeon. Weight is staying up due to her eating almost constantly, which is what we want. Blood pressure fine, etc. etc. Her aneurysm felt bigger so he scheduled a CT scan for next week. He still can't believe she is alive. She is a feisty one. He told her she needed a good vice and proceeded to ask what she thought about taking up chasing men. My mother politely looked at him and smiled. "No" she says. As some of my or not know my wife Carrie ( as if I have more then 1 wife ) was diagnosed with MS 2 years ago. For those of you that dont know what MS is its multiple sclerosis and the easiest way to explain it without getting all technical ( trust me I have heard enough of it ) in a nutshell the body and brain are confused and it attacks the good cells in the brain thinking they are bad cells. Like when you get a germ in you your immune system attacks it well in a case with multiple sclerosis it attacks the wrong part and causes all kinda of problems. Carrie has alot of things that try and keep her down with MS but I have never seen her " Give up " . Some of the symptoms she gets are pretty severe yet she stands tall day after day no matter how much pain she is in. She works a full time job, Is a college student and now is pregnant with our first child. On top of all that she STILL has to put up with me ! ( that alone...ehhh... What is it with the truth? Why the hell are people so god dammed afraid of it? WTF? Do people not realize that being honest with someone is the best thing you can do for yourself and them? Ok so I guess everyone wants to know how my fight went Saturday night. Let's just say.....IT FELT GOOD!!! First of all, thank ya'll for helping me choose my entrance music. It was a hit!! The event was called "Combat Warriors International". It is an event that sponsors both Muay Thai and MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). The event hosts two rings. A standard square 18 foot boxing ring, and a 17 foot octagon cage (similar to what you see on UFC). Typically on a fight card, there are up to 26 fights in one night. A LOT of action!!!! The fights are juggled usually.....3 MMA fights, then 1 Muay Thai fight, alternating as such starting with Muay Thai as the first fight of the night. I am 6'3" and when not training for a fight....I weigh about 225lbs on average. For this fight, I had to cut weight down to 185lbs which would put me in the "Light Heavyweight" division. You know you have had a bad day when you are calling off for the next day before you even leave.... so a little over a year ago i meet this girl and we had fun for one night. she then left town and i never heard from her again. that was until a week and a half ago when she just showed up out of no where. we talked and such. we then made plans that kept getting canceled by her. then last friday she called me up and we talk some more and she said the reason she kept canceling was cause she was seeing some one else and that she had just broken up with him to be with me. since then she has only taken a few of my calls and canceld all our plans again. now am i wrong to be upset about this? i think i have a right to be. i just am sick and tired of of these little girls that are supouse to be adults. oh well i guess it is back to being alone again for me.

Disenchanted
I must say this.....men who invite a woman into thier life knowing they have children involved should be shot if they don't like kids. Why not 1st get to know yourself (your likes & dislikes) learn how to properly provide for yourself then get involved if you still feel its right. I am so feeling burned right now its not funny. If i have 1 more pretender just out for a quick roll in the hey i'll go postal.

My Personal Rant
i'm sitting here at 541am and thinking about my life... well heres what I need to get out... I'm sick and tired of being treated the way I have been by friends, family, employers and people who don't even know me.. she heres what I gotta say.. I AM ME... if you don't like the way I am, the way I look, my tattoos, my attitude or what I have to say on any subject then please feel free to go fuck yourself and get the fuck outta my life... I'm still going to be me no matter if you are here in my life or not... I'm going to be making some major changes in my life.. things that need to be done.. thing I want to do and need to do for ME... so if you want to be around me please I am very honored to have you as my friend / family... if you decide to leave.. feel free to have my size 15 EEE steel toed boot in your ass pushing you out of the door... so this is what I have to say... like me or hate me.. but damn it YOU WILL FUCKING RESPECT ME!!! and you will know my name.. so pissing me off

Growing Up
After a while you learn the subtle differences between holding a hand and chaining a soul. ?? And you learn that love doesn't mean leaning and company doesn't always mean security. And you learn that you really can endure that you really are strong and you really do have worth. And you learn and you learn with every goodbye you learn . . . Know one can give you self worth, you must find it inside of yourself. If you are looking for someone to complete yo
