did you know the breathing system of yoga-lates is completely different from other work-out regimes?

and their breathing system? is a fabulous ab workout. whoever woulda thought.

so i took moms to the ghetto yesterday cuz like there was stuff down there she needed...like those chocolate peanut butter/caramel eyeballs that are only available near halloween time...
and some boxsets...n things of that nature..
we went to jcpenny cuz like where i come from...they sell almost everything...but in the ghetto...not so much...n like some fat old woman bumped into me...n i hadda get the hell outta there.
not cool.
im not goin to the ghetto ever again.
i dun care.
i'll drive the hour to flagstaff...
theres a walmart up there.
theres a barnes n nobles up there
theres a target up there
thats more than enough reason to go.

tho it looks absolutely gorgeous outside...
so maybe venturing out of the house is on the agenda and i just dont know it yet.
thats completely possible.
i kinda dig this whole flying by the seat of my pants thing.
it keeps me away from the box for extended periods of time...
i get things accomplished...
various things of course depending on my mood...
and i wind up with some companionship in the form of moms...eventho sometimes we need a break...its better than nothing.
im so effin bombing the garage today.
i forgot the pest problem on my list of reasons we're getting the hell outta here when the lease is up. ha.
Munchkin had her violin lesson yesterday...she's progressing nicely. and she loves it. and lets face it...she's not the kinda kid that loves much. so yay!
Monkey likes dora the explorer...until dora speaks in spanish...than she screams at her and turns the tv off...
that amuses the shit outta me.
cuz i havent the slightest idea why she dun like it.
maybe cuz she cant understand her?
