Perhaps uv noticed my blog, itself, has a new name. Perhaps uv realized its not just a new name but a new BLOG entirely. Lets take it a step further... If ur here, n uv visited my page b4 2day, uv probly noticed a radical change in my profile as well. N yes, friends, it all ties 2gether.
I was happy when LC made blogging an option. Iv neva really blogged b4 n tho I don't use it everyday, I was appreciative 2have a forum in which I could open myself up, express what's on my mind n be honest, right or wrong, n not be judged. I don't mind a lil constructive criticism, but I was NOT prepared 4da reaction I got 2my last blog entry in my orginial blog.
Granted, I was in full-on bitch mode that day; fueled by an aching heart n sleep deprivation, WHICH I made abundantly clear @da openin of my bitter rant. I spewed forth a list of issues that had my ''nickers in a twist'' as my ex, Kenneth, would say. 1of da issues, n by far the briefest expressed in my bitch-session, was that all these ppl send me msgs or post bulletins bout wantin my vote in some LC contest. Its not da requests that irritated me, it was that these same ppl who have such an interest in my vote, have NO interest in da bulletins I post nor do they bother 2read my blog. MIND U: this was an idea expressed in the middle of 5 other topics of my dismay. It was NOT a focal point. Why was it that the ONLY comment made on this particular entry was a disgruntaled reaction 2that 1 insignificant item?? N made by a friend, nonetheless! Not just some friend I made in da month iv been here, a friend iv been chatting wit and iv grown very close wit ova the past cpl yrs! Probly 1of the 1st of my blog entries she'd read n she pigeon-holed it. N totally twisted it on TOP of that :/ I couldn't believe she would take a defensive stance over a blog entry which warned in its title: U'LL HAVE 2FORGIVE ME IF I'M A LIL BITTER 2DAY. But wait.. Yes, I recently voted 4this friend in a contest n was being solicited 4my vote in another. But why would she be mad... Cuz she thought I wouldn't vote or cuz she was 1of those who neva read my posts until I lured contetants in2 my scheme 2get em 2read my posts?? *shrugs* Is she mad cuz I'm manipulative or displacing her guilt cuz da only way I could get her interest in my thoughts was 2B manipulative?
Oh! I didn't tell u yet.. This whole MANIPULATION I mentioned... When my ''bitter'' blog had no hits, I posted a bulletin: R U IN A CONTEST?? Once opened, it went on 2say: if u eva take an interest in my blogs or bulletins which neva get viewed, I might be inclined 2vote 4u in ur contest. It WAS snaky, but effective. So what's worse, that I tricked ppl in2 readin my shit or that I actually HAD 2trick ppl in2 readin my shit????
Either way, she's pissed. N I'M pissed. I was so dismayed @her reaction n subsequent msgs, I deleted my blogs n planned 2quit LC. Even gave my email out 2a few ppl I'd like 2stay in touch wit. But my friend Ash asked me 2stay 4her. She invited me 2LC. She's the reason I'm here, n da reason I won't quit.
So, here I am, LostCherry. Broken spirit on da mend; scabbing over wit anger which is quite evident in my updated profile. Love me or hate me.. I'm quickly learning how NOT 2care. My life may be a cakewalk in comparison 2er1 else's, but its trival issues pile 1 atop another n it's painful 4me. U think u may know me but uv got NO clue so DON'T F*****G JUDGE ME!! I won't apologize 4speakin my mind, openin my heart. I speak the truth...can U handle it????
