Rooftop Garden Martini
An alternative to a mojito, this mint-and-thyme-infused martini is topped with a splash of club soda -- and it's the perfect refresher on a warm summer night!

Ingredients:
* 15 mint leaves, plus mint sprig for garnish
* 2 thyme sprigs
* 2 teaspoons sugar
* 2 ounces vodka
* 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
* 1 ounce simple sugar
* Ice
* 1 to 2 ounces club soda
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the thyme and sugar. Add the vodka, lemon juice, simple sugar and ice and shake well. Strain into a glass with ice, top with a splash of club soda and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
