Have not tried this myself, just putting some recipes I have saved on the old puter and thought I’d share here too J
Potato and Green Bean Salad
1 bag(1½ lb.) Refrigerated, ready-to-cook Golden potatoes
1 pound green beans, trimmed & cut into 1 inch pieces
salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons finle chopped kalamata olives
2 tablespoons thinly sliced, packed fresh basil leaves
1. Cook potatoes according to package directions.
2. Drain in colander under cool running water, 30 seconds. Set aside
3. Bring large saucepan 2/3 full of water to a boil.
4. Add beans, 1½ teaspoons salt.
5. Cook 5-6 minutes,until tender.
6. Drain in colander under cool running water, 30 seconds. Set aside
7. Whisk oil, vinegar, garlic, ½ teaspoon salt and pepper in large bowl.
8. Add warm, drained potatoes, green beans, olives and basil.
9. Toss gently with rubber spatula to combine.
Makes 6 servings
