POEM: So often things go by.

When I lay myself down to sleep. I think of all of those whom I'd like to re-encounter or meet. I close my eyes & try to get to sleep. Restless thoughts take over me. I often wonder what if & why. Wonder what if. Had I tried? Often thought,... it was easier to just say good bye. Restless thought wont allow me to shut my eyes. Im not sad, or discontented. But have restless nights due to thoughts of what if &. So often things go by. The things that cross my mind. So much become truth before its a lie. Im often astonished by the things that cross my eyes. The nerve of the delusional, the vampires & manipulators. Not to mention those with lack of morals let alone humanity or character. So often I wonder just what there is that could be done. Even if its just to teach or save just one. When I lay myself down to sleep. I think of all of those whom I'd like to re-encounter or meet. My mind races, often making me rise to my feet, run to this computer, to get my thoughts out & complete. So often I wonder just what there is that could be done. Even if its just to teach or save just one. My only hope & idea to keeping these blogs. Is that one day they may have opened the eyes or made someone realize. Or became the intitiative to be willing to help themselves up onto their own two feet? Some say Im young, though Ive had a large life. Im humble, but strong. But have seen much through these eyes. So if something hits you here, strikes a chord, opens youre eyes. Dont look at me for what you think you see. But look to my words, & simply know they are wise. Know that behind these eyes though restless as they may be? Im forthright & honest & there is a true mind behind these eyes of mine. When I lay myself down to sleep. I think of all of those whom I'd like to re-encounter or meet. But now these thoughts have become complete. I am now able to lay myself down to sleep.
