My Love
I did nothing to get me here
My love was so true
The one that I loved ran away too
For sure I am hurt
I should be, right
At times I prayed to get thru just one night
My past is my past
For some that is true
Tomorrow is a new day I will make it thru
Perhaps I am slow
Or maybe faster would do
My heart was in pain I remember it too
I hope to be ready
When you come along
Your voice in the air will be like a song
I am only here
While I am searching for you
I hope to find me on my way too
Perhaps we could have fun
Along the way
While we search for each other what do you say
If I am still lost
I will certainly loose you
I will pray to be ready on that day too
