PEPPER STEAK
2 lbs lean round steak, 1 inch thick
2 green peppers
1 cup beef bouillon
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Cut steak into serving portions.Cut green peppers into 1/2 inch strips. Place half the steak in a crock pot. Arrange green peppers on steak. Place remaining steak on top. Mix bouillon, soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
