SWEDISH MEATBALLS
1 lb ground beef
1 medium potato, grated
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
2 tablespoons grated onion
1 beaten egg
salt and pepper
Form in small balls and brown in hot fat. Add one can beef bouillion, cover and cook 30 to 40 minutes slowly. Sprinkle with paprika last 10 minutes. Liquid can be thickened for gravy and served over rice.
