To improve your memory, take a good multi-vitamin. And, be sure to get at least 100 percent of the daily requirement of Vitamin B-12, Vitamin B-6, folic acid, Vitamin E, zinc, and lecithin.
Take ginkgo biloba and evening primrose oil daily.
Play a memory game, like Concentration, daily.
Use your brain more. Take up crossword puzzles, scrabble, solitaire, etc., to exercise your mind.
Get enough sleep, and exercise daily.
