The Mikhail Mile This is Mikhail and you're reading the very first “Mikhail Mile”. You'll find interviews with DJs, lounge owners and other big names within fubar.com. My first guest is former Torture Chamber DJ and co-owner of the Kryptonite Lounge, DJ Lois Lane. Mikhail: I see your fu-b-day is 6/13/06 When did you start DJing? DJ Lois Lane: August of 2007 Mikhail: cool. What was your first lounge? DJ Lois Lane: As in for DJ'ing? Mikhail: Yes DJ Lois Lane: That would be Torture Chamber Mikhail: Cool, and now? DJ Lois Lane: I don't DJ for a lounge currently Mikhail: Free Agent? DJ Lois Lane: Kind of. I currently co-own a lounge with my fu-hubby Mikhail: Superman? DJ Lois Lane: Yeah or as he was known DJ Diablo Mikhail: Ah, He just drop in on ya? DJ Lois Lane: My fu hubby? Mikhail: yeah. Hope you took the play on name as harmless as I meant it DJ Lois Lane: Yeah he did, kinda. Mikhail: Good, How long have you been fu-married? DJ Lois Lane: This marriage? almost a month Mikhail: That's cool. I noticed these fu marriages tend to last longer than their reality counterparts sometimes DJ Lois Lane: sometimes they do Mikhail: well, at least for celebrities... DJ Lois Lane: yeah Mikhail: How did it start between you two? DJ Lois Lane: We actually met during a DJ contest that DJ Superbeast held in Underworld. We talked some here and there and when it was found out that I wasn't DJ'ing anywhere, him and two other DJs approached me to DJ for them and the rest is history as they say Mikhail: That's cool. What was the "this guy doesn't suck" clinching point? DJ Lois Lane: I'm not entirely sure, but if I had to pick something, it would be that he always came to hear my sets before I resigned from Torture Chamber. Mikhail: Sounds good. Any plans on DJ'ing futuristically? DJ Lois Lane: Definitely. I love DJ'ing. Mikhail: Cool. In the lounge you made? DJ Lois Lane: yeah Mikhail: what's the name of your lounge? DJ Lois Lane: it's the kryptonite lounge. Mikhail: Okay. I was leaning towards Kryptonite, Metropolis or Daily Planet. lol DJ Lois Lane: lol. Mikhail: I can't say I don't like the name. Well, I can, but I'd be lying DJ Lois Lane: Lol. It's kind of an inside joke with me and Diablo (Superman). Mikhail: Funny. How are you enjoying fubar altogether to this point? DJ Lois Lane: I enjoy it alot. I have made some awesome friends and started doing something I love, which is DJ'ing. Mikhail: Awesome. Well, I guess this concludes our interview. Do you have any finishing remarks? DJ Lois Lane: I'd just thank you to all my friends that stood by me and come by and visit me sometime. I don't bite to hard. Lol. Mikhail: Thank you very much.
