My appoach was to look at what is required, top 20 likes recieved and top 20 abilities used.
Look at the Hottest list for Ability Points! and Most Liked!
Shoot for a couple 100 over what the previous day # 20 recieved for either group.
For likes use the Likealizer and be in as many Likalizer families you can, follow same roles and famps except for likes.
I was lucky I practially had enough without even running a likealizer because I have a great family.
For the abilities, run an Ability Stone, and Point Boost Extreme as many noob profiles you can, easiest done on app.
Noobs, because I did not want to inadvertently block others from alturizing.
I did PBEs because techniqually you could just reset alturizes, over and over again, and I would see ability points used way past 3500. But when I would see my top 20, or my friends top 20 abilities it would show a much lower number.
Looking at my page today set as Hotness:

It's realitviely easy take 1 to 2 hours, and Sundays are the easiest for both likes and abilites.
Fridays and Saturdays are usually the most competetive, so you will want shoot for almost double the numbers compared to previous days.

After alturizing someone, you can now go back to profile and see this:
Cancel the Alturize, which is a little slower process than outlined below but it works, so now we have 2 way of doing this.
Ok there is a built in function, Using the Ability Stone, or you have to buy an ability reset every time at 5crd or so.
Very Important that your profile setting is set to not recieve any abilities during this.
If you get PBE'd it be block you from Alturizing anyone for 3hrs, sort of like mega pimp slap.
Start altruizing someone,
Make 15Billion pts, watching the altruized persons stats,
Then cancel the altruzie by
having your home page in the hotness mode,

Hit that, then I chose the name of the person I was alturizing, in this case One Of A Kind
Make your 15B again,
Then repeat the previouse steps all over.
Now another use of this is Alturizing for achievements, and getting the biggest bang for your Ability stone use top Ability user list.
You alturize someone,
Then immediately cancel,
Start it another alturize, use the same profile,
and keep repeating this.
At 56abilites pts per alturize use, you can rack into the 1000s in 1 hour,
And what the alturizing noobs counters go up fast, with any pts needed to be made.
