1st to do these you have to be at the top level with a crown beside your name. 

Can only be done on pc or mobile browser not on app. at the time of writting this blog.

I go to the latest tab, chose members, enter.

Then go thru the 1st page picing 10 you peeps to bless. I usually pic women (my preference)

Then go to each profile go under friend option, choose blessed! (0 of 3) 

Some peeps are working together tp bless the same noobs to finish all 250 with in 25days.

I'm, not, but I do take the oppurtunity to R/L/Friend/Fan/Comment on each of these profiles so I can finish out the other noob centered achievements.

Some I know only look for noobs with white names, because they will have verified e-mails.

Update 4/10/19

There has been some confusion that you have to be the 3rd person to bless a noob for credit on minrang counter. You can be #1 thru #3 to bless a noob to get credit as long as the noobs you bless get all 3 of their blessings. 

Also the week of the 4/8/19 their is now a time limit between blessings, so bless a noob and then wait 10m bless the next. I recommend reloading noobs page just before you bless them because some times they get all 3 blessing during that 5min wait time. 

Kepp in mind at the time of this post, there is 48 top level members trying to get their 250minirang achievements and so you will have some competition especailly in the morning.
