In order for me to learn how to do this, I really had to see a completed and corrected code, study it, kinda tear it apart and play with it, then put it back together and hope it worked! I owe Mr. Snuffallufagus the credit for being patient and teaching me how to do this. So... Here is what a simple completed code looks like!

The 1st " " after (<a href=) represents where you want the picture to go to once it's clicked on. This is where you want to get a copy of the page/photo album you want your link to go to! Example: http://fubar.com/mystikkallife will send you to my home page!
The 2nd " " (<img src=) represents the picture that you want to use. In order to obtain the URL code to insert, you right click the picture and hit Copy image URL.
These are the only main 2 things that will vary from banner to banner from what I can see so far, as I am very very new to this and am attempting to teach others as I learn!
My advice. Learn to copy, and paste! You can re-use these codes, replacing only the parts in them that you need to!
