I'm partial to the app vs computer for several different reasons, but my main one being anxiety... the computer is very overwhelming (too many flashy things to distract and slow you down, switching pages, making lists, etc) Each person who discovers bombing by app is very different, and also each phone is very different! I'll walk you through my way of doing things as best as I can!
1st things 1st, restart your phone!!!! I have an app Ccleaner, and I run it so it takes all the temporary files, and cleans out the clutter before I need to use it. This makes sure the phone will have no glitches for timing! Next step, decide whether you want bomb sb request too, if you don't.... go to settings and turn off sb before you start. I can't really tell a difference in slowing down by app, but it sure does mess with the speed on the PC if you leave comments, messages open. Put up a status bombing by app, and whether or not you're going to take requests. For those that read these status's, should give them the nice hint you won't see the requests anyway, lol... but I know that most don't even read the status's unfortunately!! It takes as much effort to get ready to bomb it seems as what it does to actually run the bomb.
Onto bombing. If you like to do family/top friends 1st like I do, it's easiest to add everyone you can to family/top friends in order to guarantee them a bomb. Putting them all in the same spot just makes it simpler.
My preference may not be for all... but I'm OCD... so here we go:
Already have Active Power Ups available, Light the Bomb, hit a random person on the screen for your 1st one. Go straight to photos, and click the picture of the bomb, then you can like/rate! This will get your 1st bomb done and you can hurry to family! 2nd bomb, again go to photos, click the picture of the bomb, then like/rate. 3rd bomb will start you out where you can like/rate/bomb if you wish... and continue your pattern. Once family is completed, you can move to top friends, active bling, or notifications to repay people for bombs. Each time you move from one place to the other, hit the photo's 1st and bomb, then like/rate only because of switching around. Then the next bomb, you'll be able to like/rate/bomb away!! You'll develop your own pattern of doing so, and figure out what is best/easiest for you.
Some people will skip family all together and go for active bling only, or noobs. I even save notifications for who bombed me so that I can go straight there, and repay the favor, kind of like having a list already made for you!! Everyone has to decide what will work best for them...
Just a note for those trying for Noob Inferno, make sure they are level 15 and under with a dark green name to be on the safe side... just because they are under the newbies tab doesn't mean they are newbies that will count towards inferno... (on mine, I got 75 newbies and 117 for inferno) To get the Newbie tab to show up instead of Near Me, turn off your location on your phone! Took me a min to figure this out cause I kept looking at the app or computer... it's your phone's location, not fubar!! Thank you Tasty Xx T xx for helping me figure it out...
Good luck running your bombs!! I was able to get inferno on my 2nd trial run, even sending friends request along the way. (Have even pushed one bomb as far as to l/r/f/f/poke and still get 117 on inferno, but don't recommend it, lol...) Most of the time I can easily get 119/120 on each bomb. I've gotten so used to it now that I can move to sb, comments, friend request, notifications, and so on... Play with one bomb to get the hang of it, and don't be discouraged by not getting inferno every time. Hope this helps and is not too confusing. Please ask questions if you need further suggestions!

1st off, I'd like you to know each person has to develop their own way of how to run a cherry bomb, and their own way of obtaining Cherry Inferno. No two people are exactly alike, so one method may not work for every person. It took a variety of people telling me how they got theirs and me running several before I ever decided for Inferno, and then 6 bombs trying before I finally got it! Don't get discouraged... keep trying!!
The people who showed me the way, I'd like to pay respect to... You should friend request these people because they share a lot of good information in different blogs on here and are very helpful! Make sure that you read these blogs as well as mine, as some explain a whole lot more than I do and that way you know all the different ways of running a bomb to go for inferno!

I have severe anxiety!! Knowing the amount of people I have on my list, who I've bombed, how many I have left to go, etc is important for me in order to reduce the amount of stress it takes to run a bomb! I tried doing bookmarks, just going by top friends/top family, and active bling opening up folders, and doing them by comments and sb messages... I finally had to develop a way of my own that helped the most, was more organized, and easier for me to do!
My way of doing Cherry Inferno:
1st step: Decide who you are going to bomb. Most bombers do family and top friends 1st! Then go to active bling auto 11s for double points on every bomb you throw. http://fubar.com/search.php?active_bling=10001 And if you still need more to bomb, go to top members http://fubar.com/top_daily_ranked_members.phpfolders You copy an album URL by going to that persons page, click the default picture and it will take you to the default album... If a folder has flames on it, that means it has been bombed recently! To get Inferno, the folder doesn't have to have flames, just worry about getting 116 folders in an hour!
Go to your browser settings and clear all cache and history from your browser, close out and open up a new window. I also clear out all of my recyle bin, temp files, defrag my computer to make it run a little faster, and then restart it so that all open programs are closed out!
Go to your fubar settings and turn off all skins, html, messages, and sb (I keep mine for family only so I can have some "cheerleaders" rooting me on though, it helps keep me calm!) Put in your status Inferno, bombing from list!! Sorry but not accepting request! I have on occasion put up a status a couple hours ahead to sb me a link early for Inferno bombing, but has to have flames already that way I can go ahead and plan on bombing that person.
Open up a new window, and my list. I keep 2-3 open links from my bomb list ready. Start your bomb, refresh 2 pages at a time so that it comes up with the ready to bomb link, and bomb away. This way you have more than one person ready to bomb. Make sure that you don't have too many up though, this slows down your page. Go to your hyperlink page and right click each link... it will open up a new page each time. Always have 2-3 people ready to bomb!
A cherry bomb last an hour... You have to bomb each album 30 seconds apart from each other! Have a GOOD timer ready!!! This is very important! Some can just set the timer straight at zero and hit :00, :30, :60, :90, etc. This method doesn't work for me because I alway lose count when it comes up with the message of waiting for last bomb to finish. So I have to have my timer on 30 seconds, and just restart it every time I throw a bomb!
What happens when you try to bomb and it comes up with the message of waiting for the last bomb to finish? This is why I say it's important to have more than one person ready to bomb... go hit another page, come back and refresh the one you missed!
I use a Word Program to compile my list of hyperlinks so that I can number it and know when I've gotten at least 120-130 people ready to go down through and bomb away.
