One of my ex-husbands would always say...
"Have you checked for Earl in your car?" I would look at him real funny and say, "Who is Earl and why would he be in my car???" lol..... He would look at me and say, "Oh, never mind!"...
Eventually, I figured out that he meant oil! lol....
