ITALIAN CASSEROLE
3 large chicken breast,cut into chunks
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
3 medium zucchini, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 (4 oz) can mushrooms or 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 (16 oz) can tomato wedges, drained and juice reserved for garlic
1 clove garlic, minced and added to tomato juice
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1/2 teaspoon oregano, crushed
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Place chicken in 3-quart casserole, add other ingredients and pour tomato juice with garlic over all. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
