I've been trying to get rid of this extra ipod touch for three weeks now. I've been on craigslist trying to sell it or trade for a Wii. Well I got to thinking today since I'm moving to a new state that I've only been to twice, a GPS unit would really come in handy. So tonight I was on craigslist looking at GPS units and I found a brand new still in the package TomTom for $185 that retails for $299 at Wal-Mart. I emailed the person and asked if they would be interested in a swap. They wrote back within 5 minutes and said "It's a deal! Give me a call in the morning." I'm so excited. I could really use the money, but I really want and may actually need the GPS unit. All in all, I'm just glad I'm getting rid of this extra ipod. YAY!
And more good news, this weekend I found a FREE black tv stand on craigslist. I emailed the lady and she said someone was coming to get it but if they backed out then she would call me and let me know. That was Friday, by Saturday afternoon I had given up on the free one. Then Sunday after church my phone rang and I didn't know the number but I answered anyway. She said she was calling about the free tv stand and I started jumping up and down. I saved at least $40 by getting this tv stand for free. I'll take pictures of it and my new tv on it tomorrow...just to brag! lol
