So, I have let my self go a long ways since my martial arts days. So I decided to get back on track.
I just started P90X today, and it kicked my ass. It reminded me of that workout hurt. That deep ache that reminds you that your alive. Memo to self...don't max out before they tell you to max out. So I learned my lesson and am ready to try Plyometrics tomorrow...it'll probably kick my ass too...
