Buffalo Chicken Wraps

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1 cup prepared bottled wing sauce
1/2 sliced medium red onion
4 tbsp bottled blue cheese salad dressing
4 stalks celery sliced into thin strips
4 leaves Romaine lettuce
4 soft small flour tortillas
DIRECTIONS:
1. Rinse chicken breasts with water and marinate in the wing sauce overnight in a sealed airtight container.
2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
3. Place chicken in shallow baking pan and bake for approximately 45 minutes or until meat in cooked through.
4. Slice chicken into strips and place in the individual flour tortillas.
5. Add the red onion, celery strips, romaine leaf and cover with a tablespoon of the blue cheese dressing.
6. Fold the edges of the tortilla over the filling and serve.
