Frustrated With Musical Flakes!
I have been living south of Seattle for the past couple years. It seems like in this area all I can find are flakes to jam with. i don't really remember much since it was last night/yesterday, but i ran out of my grandparents' house. i'm getting a bad feeling, but i don't remember why i ran out. i run between the two posts that are the gate in their fence and immediately get entangled in what feels like meat cord, it's very thick, solid and hard, but i didn't see it when i went towards it. i'm trying so hard to get out, but i can't escape. i look to my right and see a large dark spider (not as big as a tarantula, but fuzzy like one) and a lot of smaller ones. this is wierd, because my grandfather's house is infested with banana spiders, which look nothing like this. i look to my left and i see another one so close i can feel it. i think i saw more little ones, but idk. and typing this up, i'm feeling constant pinpricks and bites, but there's nothing on me...

Today I am doing something that has never been done - for me that is. We are just off to look at a dog with the view to bringing it home. We've all seen those movies. A rainy Saturday afternoon, turn on the TV, and here is "Horror Theater"; or something to that effect. My Day
I actually got a full nights sleep last night, as I was exhausted after getting home. I woke up this morn and had some toast and coffee before heading out with my day. Getting Older I'm getting older now. I can tell. I can feel it, though it's different from what I thought it'd be. It's just not what I thought. Well, here I sit... no one to talk to because the one I thought would always be there has walked out and found someone new. What is it about being alone that makes one want to talk? Twisted Ramblings.
So, I've been sick with this garbage since Thanksgiving, but thankfully, I'm on the mend. My doctors are happy with the results thus far, which is good. The bad news? I let my exercise slide during this time. Last week or so, I became so motivated that I slipped my gym shorts on! Oh, yeah! I was proud of myself. The day after that, I was so motivated by the fact that I'd slipped into my gym shorts the day before that I slipped on my gym shorts and actually exercised. I did a spot of cardio and a wee bit of strength training. Don't worry. I didn't go all out. I did a piddlin' ten miles at a very leisurely pace and some rowing and the like. Something like thirty miles per hour, so you can see I didn't jump into it. I feel it's important to gradually ease yourself into something of that nature after time off and especially if you're brand new! Anyway, on to my strength training. Report Card Time!
Well we had a parent/teacher conference last night to get Angelica's report card.... For the 3rd time this year, she got straight A's. I'm soooooo proud of her. You just don't even know. Her teacher, Ms. Churchville, is going to recommend that Angelica be in advanced placement classes when she starts middle school next year. Basically, she should be in gifted classes, but they aren't called that anymore. OMG I'm just beside myself with joy and pride for my little girl. If you read any of my previous blogs, you know what a hard road she's had so far, and to come out so far on top just amazes me. She's still a little girl, but she's wise beyond her years. Day 2
Well, it has been 2 days since my surgery and I am feeling ok. I had my left side of my nose broken and reset to scrape down the septum to unblock the left side of my sinuses. I had a cyst removed from the right side. It is just all swollen inside and real sore, but I don't have black eyes from it or any change in my facial appearance so it's all good. A Better Life
well now, the wheels have been set in motion. and maybe I will finally be free from the lowlife asshole I was married to for 14 years. I have discovered that since he has been gone my credit score has come up, my bills are paid on time, I have money left between paychecks, I can smile and laugh again,and I can be me the way I want to be me. I guess I want to thank those two individuals who brought on this wonderful change in my life and I hope they will appreciate all the changes that I am about to make to their lives. I am basically a good person but when you get pushed too far thee is no turning back. Toe Nails
Okay, when I stubbed my left foot yesterday, one of my nails came loose from the toe about half way. Then TODAY, my kid decides to step on that same toe (it was an accident) but did it hurt like hell!
