Tropical Storm Warning from Corpus Christi to San Luis pass in Texas and from La Pesca to Rio San Fernando in Mexico.
Center of Dolly was located at 110 miles east-southeast of Brownsville, moving at 9 mph northwest. Landfall is expected near the Mexico Texas border about mid Wednesday. Sustained wind speed is 80 MPH, and is expected to increase before landfall. Winds extend 25 miles from center. Pressure is 981 mb. Rainfall is expected to be 6 to 10 inches with some places receiving up to 15 inches. Surge is expected to be 4 to 6 ft.
