Why Touch?
why look but know you can not touch?
why see when you can not know?
why live when you can not breath?
why love when it can not be yours?
why feel when you can not hold?
why believe when you you know it isn't real?
why touch when you can not taste?
why do you allow these questions to go on in life as you sit by the wayside and not let them be known?
why do you allow your feelings to be bottled up inside and then let everyone see where they hide?
why touch the face of the angel when you can not hold the hand of the goddess?
why kiss the lips of another and then allow thy lips to then turn cold?
why follow your heart even if it leaves you to shame?
why be afraid of another when they are afraid of you?
why learn the lesson even though it was you that taught it?
why allow these feelings inside be that is of which man will turn away from and then cast you down into the depths of hell in which to retrieve?
why be me and i be you?
why live different lives and still burn inside?
why hold her close and then let her go?
why touch the life and the die inside?
why do you feel this way my dear sweet poet?
for i am which what is unattainable
i am for those that are not here to seek but in which to gain
i am those that are amongst the thorns
i seek but there for i deliver
i am not what you see
i am not what you know that is hidden behind the mask my dearest poet
i do not write the words nor stir the feeling inside which dwells to be let out unto the world
I am what are things are.....I am touch.....
