Here's what happened. . .

I started working at NovaCare around 12pm on Thursday, June 17, 2010, and was trained until 4pm, then went in on Friday, June 18, 2010, and was trained all day that day too.  Monday, June 24, 2010, I had to do the work on my own with no one really to ask questions to.  Yes I sat right next to the boss, but every time I asked him a question he looked at me like he was annoyed and 8 out of 10 times he ended up telling me, “I'll take care of it.”  How does a person learn how to do the job if the boss won't walk you through on how to do the work that is needed, instead he just takes the work over????

Well long story short, I ended up making errors, wonder why, and so I got a call from one of the ladies at the temp agency, who I was really working for, and she told me that NovaCare didn't see it working out.  I explain to her everything that went out and she said she would talk to the people at NovaCare and find out why it happen before she sends anyone else to work in for the company in that department again.

So that is the store about why I no longer have a job, which you know with the way the boss was I'm glade I don't work there anymore.  I could say more on the matter but I won't, I will move on to the other things going on in my life. . .

Other things going on in my life. . .  My sister and brother-in-law needs a very very good smack up side the heads.  They are living here, with my parents and me, and do nothing but bitch.  My parents never really had many rules growing up, but the biggest rule was you don't leave your stuff laying around the kitchen and/or living room.  Well my sister and brother-in-law leave their stuff everywhere, and when Dad picks it all up and piles it up somewhere they bitch because they can't find it.  Hey I think they are lucky Dad use to just throw stuff out.

It's not just having to listen to them complain about the things Dad does, it's having them complain that they don't have money for a down payment on a house.  Well they may not have money for a down payment on a house, but they have money to buy everything else, and with everything else came a third vehicle.  I just don't understand it.  They have what I believe a good  Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor, that they bought from the auction, and then they have a POS Ford Truck which runs diesel, and has a turbo that took three weeks to put in and ended up breaking some belt, then the water pump, then the radiator.  I would understand if they were trying to get rid of the truck, but nope they are trying to get rid of the Crown Vic.  I just want someone to explain to me why would you keep a vehicle that keeps breaking down on you, and cost $0.10 more a gal of gas?

This is why I laugh when people tell me to do anything with my sister, if it wasn't for my niece I wouldn't have anything to do with her at all.  Which always brings a question to my mind, if it wasn't for my niece would my parents let my sister and brother-in-law stay here, even though my brother-in-law has a house that he owns and is renting out on the other side of Magna.  Mmmm, I might get brave enough to ask Mom.

Why is it ok for me to keep staying here, well I didn't ask to be born and I have been in the same bedroom since I was 15 months old.  Never got married and moved out.  Plus someone needs to be here to keep Mom up to date on what, Dad is doing.  And I was looking for a place of my own then got told I was getting laid off, so I put it on the back burner.

I guess my attitude about my sister and brother-in-law and their vehicles is because I don't understand why people buy second hand things from someone off the street.  I know I bought a use car, but I bought it from a dealership where I know it has to pass all kinds of test before they can sale it, it's state law.  I would understand buying a second hand car from someone off the street if it was a car from the 60's, 50's, 40's etc. etc, but they aren't doing that they are buying cars that don't really run all that well.  I guess it is something that I will never understand, because I always saw my parents buy cars from dealerships, even if they were used, and everything else was new.

I'm never going to understand my sister and the person she became after marrying her husband, she buys everything in excess, and buys stupid stuff while bitching about house rules that haven't changed in 20 years, and can't save money for a house, because she buys more then what she really needs.

It all gives me a headache and makes my blood pressure sky rocket.
