VEGETABLE MEDLEY
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
10 mushrooms, fresh, sliced
2 summer squash, sliced
1 small yellow onion, sliced
2 stalks fresh broccoli (break in flowerettes)
1 stick butter
garlic salt to taste
Arrange vegetables in tray or in 3-quart baking dish. Place the squash and onion on bottom, mushrooms on top. Cover. Microwave on high for 10 to 12 minutes.
