When did common sense become Uncommon? the standard guidlines of self preservation and just pure "dont do that" bits are seemingly slowly easing their way out of our society. The whole "don't touch that, it's hot" part of us seems to majorily be gone nowadays. Maybe its the "group" mentality that masses of people get into when they cant remember how to think for themselves. Why do we get stuck in situations that we know from the getgo are dumb? Be it, don't cross the street without looking both ways, or getting with the guy who cheated on and left the gf he "loved" to be with you...thinking he's not going to do it again. Some situations that people get into that other people, when told about them, just go..."really?!... like, are you serious? What were you thinking?!" those situations that elicit those responses... are brough on by lack of common sense. Seriously, where do our heads go? I'm not attacking anyone in particular of it too, I'm bereft of common sense at times as well. far too often for my liking. I'm just curious... where does our sense go!?
