Tears fall like rain
Feeling the loss and the pain
My neighbor my friend
Too bad you had to see the light, the quick end
When I open my eyes, their is nothing to say
You are going to a better place, I will see you there soemday
Say its not true, say its not real
Knowing this person for a good while, its going to take time to heal
Challeneges you faced, times where so hard
If there was anything to said, this would be on your sympathy card
So young to die, it is hard not to cry
Now you join the many others in the sky
I'm going to say a prayer, hope you are alright
Silently crying alone, beside my bed in the middle of the night
From above you see, the living that knew you is dealing with it all
Fond memories of who and how you where, the things we recall
I will be there at your viewing to say one final goodbye
As I run todays laps, I will be thinking and pointing to the sky
You will forever be remembered friends and loved ones indeed
Something about you that made us all care, in our minds and hearts you planted a seed
A dedication to you, this poem of mine from the heart and so true
We are sad becuase we care, not becuase we are angry at you
I wish you well in the heavens , maybe all your troubles will go away
