It's funny how we look at others and think how wise they are, or how much more someone might know than we do. When the reality is that we are all wise in our own way. What makes those that seem wise to us different from ourselves is that they lived more. It's not always about how long someone went to school, or how long they've been on their job, or even how old they are, but it is about how much they've lived. It is living that brings experience, and experience that brings wisdom. True a five year old shouldn't know more than a Fifty year old , but they will if that Fifty year old had never done more than gone to work each day , and watch television every night.
I have had the privilege of doing things and going places that has given me knowledge that is immeasurable. It is those experiences that make it easy to help others, but I never forget that there is always more for me to learn, move life to live, more people to meet, and more places to see.
Yes, there will always be someone wiser than me, and I seek him or her out to help make the road not so rough for me. Just as I know that it is my duty to share with those that ask for my help or may need my knowledge because at the end of the day isn't that what we're here for, to share this journey with and make it as easy as we can for each other??
Life is so full of experiences ,changes, up's and down's. Each day brings us a new adventure, maybe not the one we want or expect, but definitely the one's that we need. Each day we have the opportunity to grow wiser.
