A man of cloth appears;
the crowd cheers
like puppets obeying their master.
A silent hush covers the mass,
as the weak and absent minded
are brought onto the stage.
Words of the almighty echo
throughout the hall,
While lies are spoken softly.
The power of God slams
into the forehead, but all
that is healed is the greed of the praised.
Before the curtain closes,
confused souls are carried
away from the stage.
The minds of the followers
never healed, the hearts still
Broken and their pockets emptied.
