My friend from work owes me six bucks.
You see, he downloaded "Taken" last week and told me how great it was.
Even my fellow movie-snob brother said it looks good, he even said it might be like Denzel Wahington's "Man on Fire" (a top favorite of mine).
Wrong on all accounts.
Though the movie wasn't horrible, it took FOREVER to develop the characters in the begining.
Which didn't work since I ended up not caring if Liam Neeson ever found his daughter.
The mandatory car chase scenes were "blah" but I do say the fight scenes had a touch of "Jason Bourne".
Still, the movie ends up being a rental at best.
