Story Telling
Whether it's a gift or something learn , story telling can be a amazing thing . Sometimes you really just have to listen to what people have , not interrupt them just them talk , listen to real details .
I've met many a person in my travels around the world , and i love to hear thier stories , whether im taking the bus or the train , or on a long flight to Australia .. I always like to meet new people and listen to thier stories , try to understand them and how they get through life .
It's amazing how much hearing the story of a complete stranger , teaches you something , gives u hope sometimes. It lets you know that we are all human , none of us perfect .. and the harder things get you meet other people who've been there and they have come out the other side.
Today i helped a Lady , i kinda scared by realising how dangerous stress can be , i wanted her to know that stress kills. I told her about my mother that had died young because all of been being able to care of herself but she used all her energy to take care of others . And i told her how it is to learn to do after your parent is the one who is a major role model . but sometimes i said you have to make your own traditions , and break free of the bad ones . Its so easy to blame our parents for everything but if that's all we ever do ..Are we really taking accountabilty for our own lifes ?
We as humans can excuses for anything but in the end , what does that mean ? and what do we achieve by doing this . I think its better to realise we are in control our own destinies . Sometimes we have to forge a long difficult path through but at the end of the we will still get there because we are trying .. whereas the people who don't try wont ...
And having a positive outlook on life and adversity somehow inspires others , it's good to encourage each other. i lay myself bare on the page , but that its what writers do.
