It started out so innocently, you waltzed in the restaurant where I was. The moment our eyes met I swear for me, it was love at first sight. I nonchalantly folded my napkin trying to avoid your stare, Those tantalizing brown eyes of yours drew my attention and I immediately felt my heart race. The restaurant was filled with an ambiance I recall, A soft warm fireplace beckoned my attention; In-between the moments of my peculiar gibberish to the waiter, I hardly remembered the hour. Although it did pass by, but still your eye was fixed on me; and then you made your move. As you strolled over to my table with such finesse, I might ad, I knew then I was captivated by your charm. You confidently announced your name while admiring my face. I was immensely nervous and wondered then if you were nothing but a flirt. But that came to an abrupt end when you disclosed you were new in town, You wanted the company of a lady to escort you on some formal outings at your workplace. You handed me your phone number and I nearly passed out, you were so good-looking. When I couldn’t muster up the nerve to call you, it was as though fate brought us together again. Once again I fell captive to your handsome face and you spoke to me in that soft voice, expressing your intentions were pure. The first date ended with a kiss, the second and third the same. The whole time I was falling for you and soon realized you could have had a whole lot more than a kiss; I wanted a steamy love affair. A month later, I was surprised when you showed up at my door unannounced. You held in your hand a bouquet of red roses and that seductive smile of yours, it hit me like a ton of bricks. Never once did you ask for more, you only showed me respect, and honor, more than I was accustomed to. I fell into your arms the night you asked me to marry you, and fondly I remember how you shook for the very first time as though you had your doubts that I’d say yes. I did. And the moment I did, right or wrong I allowed you in my bed. You made love to me with a tenderness I never thought existed. Warm exciting lips discovering my body like a map. We fell exhausted, yet interlocked for the whole night long. At first I thought you were a dream, only to discover on our wedding day you were my everything. Years have gone by and you’ve remained the same passionate, attentive, loving man that when I first saw, I melted.
