Hey whats my name is Joe, im 21... Right now I work part time at McChord Air Force base as a switchboard operator. When girls call up the switchboard they get all excited when they hear my voice. Yes I am in a wheelchair, I have Muscular Dystrophy. Which is a genetic muscle disease that deteriotes muscles. And ladies the penis isn't a muscle, so I can still get it up.
