Seraph’s Cry
I once saw a Seraph cry
This vision of loneliness made me sigh
His hearts wings,
Frail and small
Were broken in this,
His latest fall
I asked,
What could cause such pain
To a soul with thoughts
As sweet as the purest rain?
When he said
It was I who caused the fall
My tears I could not refrain.
