It is my belief that the District Attorney, and his gang of over paid sales people (Prosecutors) have a major issue of being unethical, and unmoral in the way they proceed in serving justice.
I have heard rumors in this subject since taking my job in security, and also have read a lot of interesting stories in the Baltimore Sun. I was shocked to think that these rumors might even be some what true. Lets take a look at one that makes me sick the most.
Just recently a group of prosecutors created a group to go over cases that the defendant was found innocent and see if the defendant has a parole that still is being served. If he does, these so called protectors of justice and our freedom, inform the courts and the next thing the defendant knows hes in jail due to breaking his parole.
Ok let me give you an example of this....
The defendant was arrested on a drug charge, and was found NOT guilty by a court of law. A prosecutor feels that the defendant's Lawyer did a fucking fantastic job defending him, and that the defendant is as guilty as Bill Clinton leaving cum stains on Monica's Blue Dress.. So he finds out if the Defendant has a parole to serve, and if he does, due to wonderful laws, and the way the parole laws are worded. The prosecutor files that the defendant broke his parole, and off to jail the defendant goes to serve the rest of his sentence of the parole.
Wow... Shocking huh? I find this really fucked up. Another flawless system flawed ...
Another rumor that makes my stomach turn inside out to shit on my upper intestine, is that, all prosecutors are giving raises and promotions on there ability to convict as many people as possible. Yes, you read this right. A Prosecutor get his promotions and salary increase by convicting as many people that they can. Whether they are guilty or not. The prosecutors job is to make it seem you are guilty and to word it to their benefit to put you in jail. I am not making this shit up. Fucking unbelievable. This is our wonderful justice system at work. Innocent before found guilty huh... I call bullshit...
People this system calls for change like you have no idea. We need to cut that shit off by the balls and send these car sales people to the gimp shop for castration... Also while we are at it... we need harsh laws in place instead of this weak ass shit. But I'll get to that in another rant.....
