That was what I saw last week when I first called Dell Tech support. There was much run around had, and I spent $40 to try and back up my hard drive (there was nothing left thanks to this blue screen coming up so often.).
My hard drive was dead, so they sent me a new one.
I was so happy for about 15 hours. And then
I called again, and this time they downloaded a patch. That didn't work either. So Dell is now going to send a tech out to install a new memory card. And I am back to the waiting game.
