PECAN TARTS
1 cup flour
3 oz cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 egg
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon melted margarine
3/4 cup pecans (chopped)
Crust:
Mix well the flour, cream cheese and margarine. Pat mixture in each cup of muffin tin or form a miniature pie shell.
Filling:
Mix together egg, brown sugar, vanilla and margarine. Add pecans and pour into shells. Bake at 400 degrees until brown.
