Woo's blog: "Steph's Musings...."

Well a lot of my friend's know my younger brother is in Iraq. Well today is his 24th birthday. It's his second birthday away from his family. This day last year is when he left to go to basic. I'm kinda sad today. Really wishing I could call him and tell him happy birthday and that I love him. The kids and I just hugged, said a prayer for him and even sang happy birthday. Made me feel a little better, but I just miss him so much today. And now I'm tearing up. And when I start missing him I start getting mad at him. I wish he could have just straightened up and flown right so it wouldn't have come to him needing the discipline of the military. And he wouldn't be in Iraq.
