It’s been a while since I sat and spilled my thoughts onto my keyboard (the last time, I had to clean it, and the screen, but we won’t go further with that...) A few new things to "report"...
My Webkins addiction STILL has a stranglehold on me and my personal confuser - I log into my ’puter at home almost immediately and go to the Webkins web site and spend more time with them than with my family... or on porn sites... or here...
I have a new love! I met her about a month ago! She’s sleek, sexy, fast...
It was love at first sight!
Oh, I saw a few others... Even considered one... But when I laid my eyes on her, I knew - she’s the one! I HAD to have her! My sister, mother and nephew met her, and they agree - she’s wonderful!
She is GORGEOUS!

She is Deep Blue with black interior. I could go on and on!

I have NEVER, EVER, EVER owned a new car in my life! (Not counting the Matchbox® and HotWheels® cars I had when I was a youngster) Well, I still don’t - GMAC does. But it WILL be mine someday! Now if I just had someone in the front seat to share my excitement...! Any applicants?
My nephew was promised my dad’s old pickup when he’s old enough to drive. Now he’s trying to steal mine, the twit! It is SUCH a wonderful feeling to hear someone tell you, "That’s a beautiful car!" And it DRIVES like a DREAM! It’s SO quiet - outside noise mostly stays outside! I volunteer for short errands just to drive her every day! I have an MP3 CD in the CD changer - it includes Drive My Car by the Beatles, which has become one of my faves of the moment!
Anyway... on a sadder note, one of my coworkers, Eric, got some bad news yesterday. His uncle passed away. Very suddenly, apparently. I didn’t get to talk to him today - he’s a field tech, and was on-site at a new client’s building, so communication wasn’t possible. He has been worried about his mom for some time now - she’s diabetic, and has had severe issues with her kidneys of late. She has been going to dialysis 3 times a week - Wanting to DRIVE there, for God’s sake! It’s a 3-hour trip one way (she lives out in the boonies - the closest place for the treatment is Abilene, I believe he said), His sister recently moved there, and his mom decided to retire early and sell her car, since driving is just too hard for her anymore. And there’s a shuttle that picks up all the patients who can’t drive and takes them to the hospital mor treatment. She also JUST got approved for Medicaid payment and SSA disability, so her retirement should keep her comfortable for a while. He was feeling much relieved Tuesday...
All this good news and then his uncle died. I can only imagine how he feels... I ask everyone who believes in a higher power or being to say a prayer for him.
