1/2 pound corkscrew noodles
1 pound ground meat
1 cup onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
28 oz. tomatoes
6 oz. tomato paste
4 oz. can mushrooms
1 Tsp. salt
1/2 Tsp. basil
1/2 Tsp. oregano
1/4 Tsp garlic powder
1/4 Tsp. red pepper
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Cook and drain noodles. Brown meat with onions and pepper. Add all else
except cheese and cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Combine with cooked
noodles. Layer half in a greased 8 quart casserole, top with half of
mozzarella and sprinkle with Parmesan. Repeat. Bake at 350 for 35
minutes
