"Lonely Hearts"
Lonely hearts gather here
Thirsty for someone especially dear.
They're looking for their soul mate,
Attempting one last chance at fate.
Some will gracefully bow out
Lay around and simply pout.
Others will leave crying tonight,
Not willing to put up the slightest fight.
Lonely hearts are somewhat scared,
They aren't fond of being dared.
They often like to play the field,
While tightly clinching to their sheild.
If only they understood why
And gave their heart time to fly,
A true treasure they'd surely find
So easy, pure and eternally devine.
Two hearts broken and ripped apart,
Pick up the pieces to make one heart.
Lonely hearts then soon feel whole,
Body, mind, spirit and soul.
