last night was fun. i dunno wat happened to us (my roommate kelsey, her best friend ben, and me). kelsey doesnt talk to me much and i try not to bug her so we coexist (yay!!) but here's more of less wat happened last night.
ben was hungry and he wanted some of the doughnuts that kelsey bought last week except they are hard. (b=ben, k=kelsey, a=ace aka me)
b: awwww they're hard!
k: put it in the microwave
b: then it'll loose moisture! [grabs water and gets the doughnut wet and pops it in the microwave and eats it]
k: we need paper towels too
a: and tissues
k: oh yea
a: we used up the tissues in the first 2 months and never got anymore even tho i keep meaning to get some
k: we need to add those to the list!
a: oh! and bowls! we're out of bowls and i almost bought ramen the other day but didnt cuz of that [k and b point to some the k brought but are plastic]...but i dont know if those are mircrowaveable, i'm afraid they're gonna melt...
b: they should say if they're not microwaveable...[checks] well it doesnt say they aren't so i think we can assume they are
a: we should test this...
b: ok gimme something to microwave...gimme a poptart!
a: but 3 seconds isnt enough to see if the bowl will melt, you need something to microwave for like 2 minutes and i burned a poptart in 30 seconds!
k: use a piece of bread
b: bread catches fire in the mircrowave
[we all look around the room and think]
k: we have nothing you could microwave for 2 minutes
b: ok [pops the bowl in for 2 minutes and b and k look for more things microwaveable]
k: these containers are microwaveable
a: but those are even flimpsy-er than the bowl!...are they really?
k: yep
[after 2 minutes, b takes the bowl out]
b: omg it's not even hot! [k feels it and then i feel it]
k: you can go buy ramen
a: ramen!!!
b: i'm still hungry
a: i have a poptart i didnt eat if you want it, or you can have two poptarts
b: i dont know
a: choose
k: i'm not going to eat one
b: i'm not good at deciding!...how about i eat the one and if i want more then i'll have more
k: most sensible thing you've said all evening
[b pops the poptart in a bowl and in the microwave]
a: part of me wants to put bread in the microwave just to see it catch fire...does that really happen?
b: oh i made that up
this eventually leads to kelsey lookin up (on youtube) videos of bread catching fire and microwaves. the winner for last night was this video:
and somehow they found people making plasma with microwaves. i missed those videos but this vid def made me laugh and it was the best thing ever. last vid we saw and ivory soap in the microwave :D
