Ok so after I cooked dinner chris came upstairs while I folded laundry and said mama i gotta joke for you, and I said ok. and he says to me knock knock,and You have to reply with who's there. so he said knock knock again and I replied again and this went on about 5 mins, and he then said mom and I said yes, and after the final who's there he said I love you for putting up with my knock knock jokes. It was very cute. and then I had to put one of my long sleeve shirts on him and tie the arms around him like a mini straight jacket and tickle torture him. and said nooooooooo more knock knock jokes today, so then the lil shit said ma..maa..guesss what and i said... im guessing your gonna run before the claw comes out to tickle torture you again :D when he was a baby.....

dr also mentioned it has nothing to do with what I am eating why my diabetes is just fucking me over, it has to do with my pancreas not working properly if at all. and my body at times rejects the insulin I take. so the biggest step for me is the pump which will force my body to take the insulin. i may have to take anti-rejection tabs to help... anyways im going for now. goodnight x2.

And so I get ahold of the dr and was told i have ketones in my urine... and for the medically unknowledgeable what it means is i have surgar seeping in my kidney. and its at a high level, so what am i told? more shots.. and more insulin. I had to up my dose on my insulins,and my insurance sent me the wrong insulin. i tell you im really sick of taking the shots. and if they cant get me this pump quick and my kidneys fail i will need to do dialysis. and Im not going to do the dialysis.fuck that, being a diabetic is real tough sometimes, alot of people dont really know the severity of it, to name a few things i could go thru,, besides the shots.... and some of these i go thru diabetes.... upsets the mineral relationships in your body: causes chromium and copper deficiencies and interferes with absorption of calcium and magnesium,can weaken eyesight,can cause many problems with the gastrointestinal tract including: an acidic digestive tract, indigestion, malabsorption,lower your Vitamin E levels,can interfere with your absorption of protein,causes food allergies, can impair the structure of your DNA,can change the structure of protein and cause a permanent alteration of the way the proteins act in your body, can impair the physiological homeostasis of many systems in your body,migraines which are my favorite that last for days on end and totally put me out of commission for 3 days at a time, if i get a iv they have to be careful howmuch the intake of sugar water they give me ...I.V.s (intravenous feedings) of sugar water can cut off oxygen to your brain... anyways have a good night everyone.

you would think that a insurance company would want you to be healthy. they would want you not to be sick or ill because if your healthy lets face it. it saves them money. and the money goes to their pockets or wives/signifigant other/bf/kids/mistress or whomever it just builds up into their wallet. well anyway here is my little bitch and complaint. My fucking insurance company... they are idiots. and let me tell you why. ok so i am a diabetic and well most of you know it. so i take many shots a day but the major important one i was taking was lantus. which is a injection since my body rejects the pills.... *mumbles something about the powers that be not letting me take pills* but anyways, lantus is I would say 3-4 inches tall and its a long lasting insulin. lasts me the entire day for extended period of time just to keep me level. Well lantus is expensive yeah so.. what do they do. hmm they give me a generic called levimir.. hmm so I said ok I will try it. I get my bottles yesterday. now for diabetics out there or people who are fimular with the bottle humalog its about 1 inch long... lol so is levimir... what a joke. now think about this everyone lantus lasts me two weeks with the 3inch bottle with the dosage i take.. they just now give me levimir which is not even 1/2 the size of lantus.. and why? because it is $10 dollars cheaper! well hmm let me think of save them $10 butttt the bottle is 1/3 smaller than my regular. hmm what is wrong with this picture.. ok so I will take it. but the bottle will last me 1 week instead of 2-3 and they will have to pay out triple than what they were paying for with the lantus because the bottles are smaller. and to save $10. they also called me and asked me to use my needles 2x before tossing it. and I told them no. Once it enters the skin the needle itself jaggs, and it also shows this in the manuals they provide in the box and the reasons not to resuse them. because the needle becomes more brittle and can break. And I couldnt believe this rep asked me to do this. Morons. So I find it rather humorous that they want me to try a new drug that doesnt contain the same amount per vile of insulin as the other stuff and expect me to save them money. lesson to be learned.... read fine print before you enroll in a insurance plan at work.

this is worth more cherry bucks then what we all have We truly take a lot for granted. Forget the football "heroes" and movie "stars". Pass this on so that all may know the price of freedom. hmm and so we got hit with this horrible weather and the snow is up almost to my waist.. it was up to my knees this morning.... not comments from the peanut gallery or the land of the jolley green giants you tall people bc im on 5'2. but coming back from walmart i seen everything is closed except walmart and plaza and ironic the movie theatre... yeah hes gonna get customers...and pizza hut,who they werent stupid because all the other pizza places in town are closed. well anyways the weather is shitty here in NY so everyone else hope your valentines day went well. because we are up to our asses in snow and well today just sucked.

You all know what game systems we grew up with.. hell I had em all, Atari...omg but we thought it was the best ! graphics sucked! ok so then comes nintendo sega dreamcast neogeo super nes etc. Im not gonna name them all. Ok,so the point is we were proud of our endless hrs learning and mastering specific games.How we would fight siblings over the controler,or what my brother did was turn it off cos it WAS cheating which meant I was kicking his ass. Anyways over the decade games have evolved. And well they have been bringing back the older games, but as we were proud kids these days fly thru these games like nothing where as it took us endless hrs to beat it, and as my topic says irony is playing your 6yr old at a game you mastered as a teen and he can pass a level faster than you is irony... lol or its in the genes. and I gotta give my little man credit for this one, he looked at me and said mama your ownnnnned. And I had to sit there and laugh because he kicked my ass in Mario 3.

Ever notice in a argument that noone ever wins? but kinda funny if you sit back and let the other person screach and you agree with them they feel like a total fool, theyre also out of breath sweating and looking kinda funny. anyways what is more funnier is to sit back let them say what they want or have to and you point the facts out.. ever notice they dont say anything. and why is that? because you proved them wrong. I was told keep your friends close,, but keep your enemies closer you might just get the upper hand.
