I've had many people ask what is a minger.
A minger is someone who isn't graced with particularly good looks.
As defined by Urbandictionary.com further definitions and examples of usage are as follows:
1. minger
A male or female who fell out of the ugly tree at birth and hit every branch on the way down
"God that girl/boy is so minging she really needs to work on her personality"
2. minger
Someone who was not just touched by the ugly stick at birth but was battered severely with it. Anyone who does not look better to you after several strong alcoholic drinks probably fits this category. Anyone scoring 7+ on www.amiaminger.com.
3. Minger
Although now more commonly used to define an extremely visually challanging appearance, the word minger originally came from scottish gaelic, meaning 'septic vagina'.
Now often used by chavs all over Britain to define anything remotely disgusting

Minger: Minger = someone who smells or looks unclean, or is generally unattractive.

Not simply someone who is just coyote ugly, the phrase usually implies she is ugly, unkempt, over-weight and has hygiene problems such as a fishy cunt or skid marks on her underwear and her arse really stinks if you go to mount her doggy-style. She is also sexually promiscuous - a person who spreads sexually transmitted diseases. Her victims are always extremely horrified when they wake up the next morning. A somewhat crude term, the phrase is only usually used by people who are common, of low intellect or mingers themselves. Word comes from northern England and from Scotland.

7. minger
Orininating on the continent of Australia, the term "minger" or scientific term, man'in'ger'bia'tch, has evolved from the stonage and is the general word mostly used by males to define a bad horrible smell or disturbingly ugly female. But can be used by females theres no rule against it.
"Fuck!, she is a dirty minger", or "that shit is minging", or "what an ugly minger"
8. minger

NB: This description should not be used to describe someone as drunk, as you will probably be drunk yourself.

This word is widely used in the North of England and Scotland.

9. minger
A typical Welsh word used to describe an ugly person. Usually the alternative to "hangin'" or "cowface".
"Oh my god, you fucking MINGER!"
10. minger
A person who is unattractive or who has features of their personality that are not liked.
Mingin' can mean something that is not liked, such as a horrible tasting food.
"He didn't fancy her because she was such a minger."
