I tried to hurt myself today and only got caught.
Things sank back to the way they were before, pop a pill and it will all get better, write it down so its not flooding your head like the million other thoughts that race and collide inside my mind.
It needs to stop, one way or the other either get better or get out I can't take the way I am anymore. It hurts to much to keep it inside any longer. It has to work this time cause there probably won't be a next...........
