Heavenly Quandary's blog: "Call Me?"

Hmm..this whole call me thing is confusing to me right now. Do you have to have a home phone for it to work? I mean I have not had a need for one so I never got one. Hard to believe right?..lol Well...I do all my communicating on here, and if I need to talk to my family I go through yahoo. So do I have to go out and by a phone now?..Anyone that can help let me know..:) Hugs and kisses!!
